The use of the Sampark platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the
legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Service Description:
Sampark provides a platform for banking, bill payment, and government services. Services include but
are not limited to AEPS, money transfer, Aadhaar Pay, Mini ATM and more.
User Responsibility:
As a user of the platform, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is
accurate and up-to-date. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Fees and Commissions:
Sampark may charge fees for certain services, such as bill payment and money transfer. Any fees or
commissions will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds or cancellations may be made in accordance with Sampark’s refund policy, which is subject to
change at any time without prior notice.
Proprietary Rights:
Sampark retains all proprietary rights in and to its platform and services. You may not reproduce,
duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written
consent of Sampark.
Disclaimers:
Sampark provides its platform and services “as is” and makes no representations or warranties of any
kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the accuracy, reliability, or
availability of the services.
Limitation of Liability:
Sampark shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its platform or
services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential
damages.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold Sampark and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or
expenses arising from your use of the platform or services.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Changes to Terms:
Sampark reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your
continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination:
The Sampark dra may terminate access to its services at any time for any reason.
Registration fee and ID charges for Sampark are non-refundable once the payment has been processed and approved. By registering with Sampark, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
By using the Sampark platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and any future modifications.
